A very interesting & rare book from the late 19th century covering such a range of topics!

All of my books are VERY OLD and have 100+ years of wear to varying degrees. Boards - very secure - small stain to the back cover [front cover looks good]. Pages are secure, but it is a bit slack & cracked once.

Outer joints - very good. Spine ends - with some. The paper is cracked both front & back.

Pages - very clean - just a few small spots. Writing - pencil name on ffep. Rips /folds - a few wee-tip folds, ffep [brown one] is almost detached. Other - Spine gilt still quite bright - Overall in very good condition for its age. DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT MY OTHER BOOKS. Add me to your Favorites list. This book is very old and. May have accumulated bad smells along the way [musty basement/ mildew/ smoke]. Dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference! My nose doesn't work like it use to.
