Vintage SCHREINER Brooch Back to Back Crystals Book Piece Extremely RARE

  

Purple Swarovski "Back to Back Crystals" Maltese Cross. Book Piece titled "Back to Back Crystals". You can view and confirm authenticity by referring to page 74 in "Schriener Masters of Twentieth Century Costume Jewelry" by Carole Tanenbaum & Eve Townsend. She almost seems to glow.

A large 3 dimensional piece. (Mom's stores of choice back then). Clean and ready for wear. 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 1 high. No missing stones, all original, all bright.

Multi prong set Swarovski crystals. Shiny silver tone rhodium finish & setting. Huge purple faceted crystals are "back to back" in a multi prong setting and circled with aqua marine cabochons. Clear and open back emerald and square cut aquamarine and lavender center stones. Upon close scrutiny using a jewelers loupe magnifier, I see no issues.

There are no chips or cracks to the stones. All stones and prongs are present. Pin closure is secure (although it is small). Normal age & jewelry box storage and / or flea bites may be present and not intentionally overlooked IF you find any. I feel this piece is in EXCELLENT condition.

Price reflects authenticity and rarity of piece. Om loved all animals, I will be donating 10% of this sale to Peiland Rescue in Plano, Illinois (a Shar-Pei rescue) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah (rescues all animals) in her name.

I know if she were still here she would do the same. Kindness to animals builds a better world for all of us. Remember, we are donating a portion of this sale and you can't ask for that back.
