The Englishman at the North Pole... Voyages and Adventures of Captain Hatteras. Illustrated with a colored frontispiece and headpieces. 7.25 x 4.75 inches.

Scarce early copy from Verne, about an arctic expedition. Blue Victorian cloth with gold panels. Lovely colored plate appears as the frontispiece; decorations throughout. Externally quite nice; spots of wear and fraying to the extremities. Previous owner's names on the endpapers.

Starting between the front endpapers. Foxing in spots within, but else unmarked.
