The book measures 12.5cm x 19cm. Please look at all the photos for the best understanding of the condition and contents. There are clear signs of age, use and wear.
The brown leather hardcover has clear wear, fading and discolouration. The top section of the spine cover is torn but remains attached on the side of the front cover. Both front and back cover remains attached to the contents, however they are delicate to touch and would detach easily if handled incorrectly. There is age related page discolouration/tearing/creasing dotted throughout.All text remains clearly legible. Overall contents binding appears delicate but complete. There are small sections throughout the contents that have partial loosening of pages. A few pages have historical tape repair to keep contents together.
There are previous owner inscriptions on the first blank page and a few other page markings dotted throughout. Clearly the book is in poor condition, however the contents remains legible and of great interest.A very rare book, in a condition that reflects its age. Please do expect a well worn condition and check all photographs.
