Lambeth Method of Cake Decoration and Practical Pastries 1960, Third Printing. The Lambeth method, also known as over-piping, is a classic cake decorating technique that creates intricate layered designs using royal icing.
This method, popularized in the 1930s by Joseph Lambeth's book, involves layering piped icing over each other to build up depth and create details like scrolls, garlands, and other ornate elements. Book is in Good Condition. Obvious wear/aging to covers and fore edge of pages. Slight curvature of book and doesn't sit completely flat. No writing, notations or highlighting other than what was previously stated.
