RARE Italian antique book Thucydide Guerre Della Morea Gli Otto Libridi 1545

  
Rare copy of Thucydide Guerre Della Morea - Gli Otto Libridi (Thucydide Wars of the Morea - The Eight Books) from Venice, Italy. Undated but handwritten notes with the book as well as penciled inside the front and back covers say 1545 which agrees with other examples of this book I've seen online. 440 numbered pages including additional in the front assumed introduction, preface, ?? - I don't read Italian and blank pages in the back.

Various penciled notations and some inked as well, illegible to me. Final page appears to be signed by someone. Title page also signed, with some previous notation blurred out. Some dampstains throughout, nothing unusual. PP 40-63 suffer from a small bookworm hole shown in the 9th photo, less than an inch long in total.

Strong binding, note says bound in vellum. Condition of book and cover most well described by the photos.

Note also incorrectly identifies the printer of the book, so I'm disregarding that line. Unknown who the actual printer was. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ONCE IT LEAVES MY HANDS. I WILL NOT MARK CUSTOM FORMS AS LESS THAN THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID FOR THE ITEM, DO NOT ASK ME TO. THAT IS ILLEGAL AND A FELONY IN THE US.
