Rare Find! Large Antique leather book 1677 London England Resolves Estate Sale

  
This is a rare 1677 publication from London, England, entitled "RESOLVES: Divine, Moral, Political". This large leather bound book seems to be three titles or sections in one. Another title is "Lusoria, or occasional pieces with a taste of some letters", and another "A Brief Character of the Low-Countries under the States" (Please see photos). The book has obvious signs of wear, but front and back boards are still attached. Only one page is loose, the very front blank page, the rest are intact.

You can see the original rope binding under the leather which has begun to peel as shown in photos. Book is 12 inches tall by 8-1\2 inches wide.

There are 364 pages in first book, plus 99 pages of the other two titles, a grand total of 463 pages. Looks like a very rare item, a great collectible item at 344 years old!
