Photos show how good the condition is. Their are no missing pages. Binding is solid and in tact.

Pages show lack of yellowing other than the first and last couple pages (as seen in photos). Their are no rips or tears.

A couple pages have minor cracking going on as you can see from the one photo and the binding in a couple spots is in less than perfect shape as you can see from the photos. None of the pages have come partially or totally loose loose though. Note- Pages and Binding are in EXCELLENT shape other than the two or 3 pages I have in my listing. Those are the only pages with minor issues, and the rest of the pages are fine. I wanted to show ALL the flaws so their are no surprises.

For a 150 year old book it has definitely been very well taken care of. Their are a couple very tiny minor stains. One small white blemish on the bottom left of the outside cover and some small white specks possibly white out on the back. All are visible in the photos and are nothing of significance.
