RARE Antique History Book Leather Bound World Wide Book Of The Times 1905

  
This rare antique history book offers a glimpse into the newest global developments as seen through the culture of 1905. Boasting to be ten books in one, this hefty tome covers topics such as science, health, concepts in prosperity and happiness, inventions, war, creeds and doctrines and more!

This particular copy has some signs of wear on the spine and covers, and there is evidence of bookworm activity in the very front pages of the book (inner front cover page and frontispiece). In addition, there is evidence of some water damage on the covers and inner pages, however the pages are clear and easy to read.

The edges of the pages are gilded with a gold color. This appears to be leather bound, though the leather appears to be original, as evidenced by the wear on the spine and corners. Overall, this book is in good antique condition, and would delight any historical book collector! Measures approximately 10" x 8" x 2 1/2.
