A fair to good copy of THE PATSY BOOK: BEING THE ADVENTURES OF PATS, PATTY AND PAT. Undated, but the book was published by Thomas Nelson in 1919. Wonderful Anne Anderson illustrations ans a sweet story of two children and a dog spending some days together in the country. Hinges cracked and some signs of separation- but book is holding together well. Cover has paste-down illustration that is in mostly good shape but with some wear and some stains and damage.

Inside is mostly quite good- some rough edges and minor tears, but few stains and mostly clear and bright illustrations. This is a scarce book and a hard one to find in reasonably good and original condition.
