RARE Antique Book 1849 BILDER ATLAS Architecture, Anatomical, Landscape, and Ancient Landmarks Engravings published by, Leipzig, Brockhaus. Antique German Architecture book with astonishingly accurate engravings perspective drawings. This 1849 Bilder Atlas published by Leipzig, Brockhaus, has 193 engravings and perspective plans, p all numbered by hand in pencil.

Features pages and pages of incredibly detailed Architectural... Greek, Roman, Egyptian Pyramids, Neoclassical, Renaissance and more. Also includes Anatomical drawings of animals, seascapes with ships and perspective plans of the sails, landscapes, Greek and Roman statues and many other intricate design elements.

Book contains so many beautifully complex engravings, I could not possibly include all the photographs. There is no writing on interior pages except for the first page which shows ownership throughout the years with dated signatures. The cover has separated from front, but is still attached as are all the pages. Please see all photos for condition of book. It has been well taken care of, and comes from the estate of an avid collector of all types of antiques.
