RARE antique fiction book from 1846 by Charles Dickens. Published by Chapman & Hall. Photo 2 shows wear to the bottom of the cover spine. Photos show some light foxing on some pages and strong foxing on the illustrated pages. Photo 20 shows one loose page.

Photo 21 shows a section of pages (page 211 to 228) slightly detached at the bottom. Photo 22 shows a torn corner of a blank page at the back of the book.

Photo 23 shows that the very last page is missing and the text missing is by Mr. Trundle, to act as godfather to their offspring; but he has become used to it now, and officiates as a matter of course.
