Rare Antique German Book published in 1764. Sitten-Lehre der Heiligen Schrift, Dritter Theil (loosely translated Teach Holy Scriptures). Publisher: Helmstedt, Germany, Christian Friedrich Weygand 1794, 500+ pp. 8-1/2" x 6-3/4" - 2 thick. Beautiful antique book, unique illustrated endpapers. Book is made of hardboard with leather corners and spine which have significant wear. First two pages inside the book feel like velum, title page and a few other pages are illustrated with small drawings. Unable to translate, I have furnished photographs to show condition and identity. Leather spine has some tears and chipping mostly at the top and bottom. Leather corners are wearing away. The pages are all intact and in good condition for their age, still resilient, but should be handled with care.

There is one small group of pages that are intact but seem to have loosened a bit and shifted about 1/4 which you can see in one of the photos at the bottom of the book. Please contact me if you have any questions. Please see the photos above for condition.
