Lot of 8 Vintage Wizard of Oz set by L. Frank Baum Circa 1940's.

All Hardcover & All published by The Reilly & Lee Co. All of these books are the same size height all books are hardcover and all are yellowing, due to age. These are primarily if not all published by the Reilly and Lee co Chicago.

I see no cracked spines inside front and back cover. One has name erased and one is still inside with date 1941.

One has a dust jacket in horrible condition: the patchwork girl. All were fixed at the corner top right because someone probably removed a price tag or sticker of some sort and peeled the sticker possibly. Glinda of Oz someone taped a piece of picture back on cover. We are only allowed 12 pictures. All books have some type of curling to corners.

All paper front covers are nice and bright. Little wear on edges of the spines. Almost all corners are bent. These are vintage books from The Wizard of Oz Series , by L.

Published by Reilly & Lee. Front Cover: Label illustrated in full cover.

Illustrated: printed in black and white. Endpapers: Printed in black and white. Publisher: The Reilly & Lee Co.

Spines: no cracks or loose pages. Dust Jackets: no except one: patchwork and its in horrible ripped condition. To of Spines: Are all in very good condition. Year: I estimate these 1940's because there are no color plates so they were printed after 1935; but before 1960 because not white cover editions. One has a name inside and date and says 1941.

The patchwork girl of OZ - where it says this book belongs to it is signed: Marilyn Golinske 12-25-41. Dust jacket included but in horrible condition. Tiny dirt stain on page block.

3 minor bumped; all 4 corners are bent. Color repair probably due to sticker price removal on corner.

The Hungry Tiger of OZ - 261 pages. 3 bent corners and one rubbed; one bumped.

Slight discover at bottom of spine. Glinda of Oz - 279 pages. Tape holding down piece of color picture and. The Lost Princess of Oz - pages 312.

Very tiny light blue stain on page block about 1/4. The Wonderful City of Oz - 318 pages. Rinkitink in Oz - pages 314. Name was in pencil where says book belongs to and was erased but can see lightly still. The Scarecrow - 288 pages.

Some tiny shelf dirt on page block. Captain Salt in Oz - 306 pages. Some blue staining on bottom of page block near edge. Please pay within 3 days.
