Antique Rare Chemist Prescription Ledger 1912 / 20 Pharmacy Book Recipies

This rare prescription ledger contains 602 pages of detailed prescriptions dating from the first entry on May 14th 1912 through to final entry on June 9th 1920, with all pages containing entries of prescriptions including the Day / Date, patients name, medicine prescribed and cost. (a number of the entries have the entries written in Latin).

The initial section of the book is an A-Z detailing names (and numbers) - presumably of their customers / patients. Glued in the back of the book are two letters sent to the Branch from "Boots Pure Drug Co Ltd". October 14th 1919 relating to Prescription of the Malaria Clinic - London Pensions Board. November 27th 1919 relating to G. The rear of the book also details quarterly visits from Aug 1912 to November 1917 by Mattocks & Sons of 146 Walworth Rd SE17, linked to the brass weights at the branch including a receipt dated February 8th 1918 for a 2lb Set of Brass Weights. This ledger is in good condition for its age and we have tried to capture this in the photographs. The size of the ledger is 42cm x 19cm x 7cm.
