1911, Charles Scribner's Sons. This 1911 publication of the Classic Novel contains the 45 illustrations by Walter Paget. These illustrations were first published with the book in 1902 by Scribner's, only the second set of illustrations for an American publication of the title. The cover is beautifully illustrated in gilt. Scottish author Stevenson created this well loved tale of buccaneers and pirates treasure, possible his most well know fiction, other than the classic Strange Case of Dr. Size: 5 by 7.5 inches, 388 pages. Hardcover very nice condition with gilt illustration on cover and spine, binding intact, all pages and illustrations clean and intact with minor foxing.
