It is a guide to physicians and students in the use of the microscope, and in the preparation of histological and pathological specimens. There are 130 text pages followed by great, early medical advertising. Condition: This hardback book measures 5 3/4" x 8". It is in very good condition for an 1881 publication. There is a sticker on the opening page which reads medical library of R. There is a little bit of wear on the corners, nearly negligible.. Also an old bookmark which I left in place.
