Up for sale is this great antique 1787 copy of Traite des Maladies Veneriennes. The book is illustrated with 7 great engraved plates at the back of the book.

The text of the book is in French. The leather covers have some wear as illustrated in the photos, most noticeably wear to the extremities of the spine and corners of the boards. The front and back marbled free endpapers are missing. The binding of the book is good There is some very, very light staining and offsetting to some of the plates.

Besides that, the pages are mostly clean, though there may be the very occasional page with some minor imperfection such as some light foxing/staining, small tear, creased page corner or wrinkle, minor bit of worming or other minor imperfection that comes with a book this age. All in all a nice copy of an 18th century medical book on venereal disease. Please look at the photos to further note the condition and message me with any questions you might have.
