7.5 inches tall, about 5 inches wide. Binding is solid and tight.

Boards and hinges/joints are sturdy with no tears or cracking. Some moderate foxing, with more towards the front of the book. Some corner and edge wear to cloth with some light scuffing to boards. Title page has some chipping to edge. A splendid copy and a perfect gift!

One of the first books on aquariums in America. The author gathered much of his information at Barnum's American Museum, which had some of the first aquariums. Check out our other fine book offerings.
