The book measures 12cm x 18cm. Please look at all the photos for the best understanding of the condition and contents. There are some clear signs of age, use and wear.

The hard cover has particularly noticeable wear and marks across its surface. There is a gold gilded text'Hove House School Paulatim' on the centre front cover. The spine shows considerable wear, the top of the spine has partial splitting on both sides, this does not affect the strength of the overall bind. The inside front cover has a previous owner presentation slip glued to it.

There is some occasional age related page discolouration/creasing dotted throughout. All text is clearly legible. Overall contents binding is strong, tight and complete despite the splitting developing on the spine. An overall good book, the contents being in particularly excellent condition considering the age, with as described issues regarding the cover.
