History and Antiquities of New Haven, Conn. From its Earliest Settlement to the Present Time, with Biographical Sketches and Additional Information of the Public Institutions, &c. Complete with the color map frontis and five other plates. Hardcover bound in original brown publisher's cloth with cover designs embossed in blind.

The binding is worn, and there is some chipping or splitting on the rear hinge (about halfway down) and on the front hinge near the foot of the spine. The binding is sound with secure inner hinges.
