Very rare 19thC Carved Fossil Mable Book Paperweight

  
This is a wonderful and very rare original 19. Century fossil marble paperweight in the form of a book.

It is beautifully hand carved out of a very decorative piece of marble filled with fossils. It is certainly from the at least the mid 19. Century, though may be a little earlier. It is 11cm x 6.5cm x 1.5cm and would make an amazing edition to a gentlemans library.

There a number of small nibbles around the edge as shown in the photos. This is only available within 30 days of receipt of the item. Any items that are picked up must be paid in cash.
