Pus a 16" fold out of "Rome in the 1st half of the 5th century. Part 1 - Ancient Rome. With 7 chapters, including religion, festivals, sacrifices, review of the Knights, military life, politics, architecture, theatres, temples, mansions, Gladiators, tombs, and much more.
With 13 chapters - St Peter & Paul. Catacombs, Churches, emperors, Pagan shrines as Christian Churches, famous leaders, Barbarians, Goths, Medieval Rome, designs for the Vatican, and much, much more! Photos carefully as they are part of the description. All of my books are VERY OLD and have 100+ years of wear to varying degrees.
Boards - very secure, some spotting to the back cover if you need a picture - send me a note! Spine ends - very good - curled. Very good - a bit faded. Inner hinges - very good.
Pages - generally very clean, apx 25 pages with spots plus the endpapers. Rips /folds - none that I saw.

May have accumulated bad smells along the way [musty basement/ mildew/ smoke]. Dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference! My nose doesn't work like it use to. So the old book smell doesn't bother me. As far as I can tell -this book does not smell bad.
