Couple of things to note about this listing: I have added two pictures at the end that show a couple of flaws with the Bible. Everything below that is still accurate but wanted to bring a couple things to light to be as transparent as possible. On the back cover, there are two glossy marks on the leather. I have no idea what they are but they appear to be something that happened during the finishing process with the Bible. It is not any kind of glue or something that wipes or scrapes off. It is just the way the leather is. The very last signature at the back of the concordance has a part at the top that was not sewn in to the book block as tightly as the other parts. It is not coming loose. Its not something that can be photographed but the way that signature is sandwiched in between the back end pages, I dont think that it is something that is just going to fall out but I have to point it out to be transparent. The index tab for John/Acts has fallen off. In one of the first photos, it is on there but it has since fallen off. Still have the tab and will provide if you want to glue it back on there. Beautiful vintage Bible from Kirkbrides glory days.

Rare to find one in decent condition let alone new(ish) condition. Bound in a brown cowhide leather and edge lined for a supple feel and extra durability. Smyth sewn binding for a lifetime of use. This is the regular sized footprint but because they used better paper back then, it is much thinner than what they make nowadays and is a great carry size.

KJV translation with words of Christ in red. This is the 4th edition. Comes with original box, paper wrapping, etc.. No writing, highlighting or personalization of any kind.
