The front and back covers have ornate golden decorations. Dating back to 1851, the book shows significant age wear (scroll all the way down to see all photos). The covers and spine show much wear with losses, especially around edges.

Back cover is partially detached and two small pieces of tape overlap spine. Yet, the core of the book seems tight.

There are a few empty front pages, one may have been removed. Hard to check each page on a 200 page book to see if there are loose pages.

But it certainly holds together well and is very readable. The artwork alone gives reason to restore the book. However, each lithograph would look impressive if framed and displayed. The book measures approximately 7 ½ x 11 inches.
