Description: Rare Antique 1808 Leather Holy Bible, Containing the Old and New Testaments Together with the Apocrypha: Translated out of the Original Tongues, Philadelphia Printed and Published By Mathew Carey, Philadelphia. Includes 2 maps: Palestine and Travels of the Apostles. Spine has Raised Bands and Title Label. Family Record Hand-Scribed of Barnum Family from 1740.

Measurements: Approximately 11" high, 9" wide, 3 1/4 deep. Condition: Great overall condition for its age. Leather cover has hand-sewn repair inside and peeling on outside cover. Of 2 maps, the Palestine map is intact, the other torn but all pieces look to be there.
