I made a 10 minute video showing every page. I feel this is a special book. I never showed it to a book expert or appraiser etc but I probably should.. It could be worth a lot. I have not even researched about the Whitney family but I'm guessing they are some prominent California family? There is a Whitney family tree toward the middle end of the book.
