205+ pages of recipes and instructions and Tafel LXIX u LXX 68 + illustrations that have wax paper in-between almost each page. Measures 11 1/8 tall and 8 wide.

Book is full of illustrations, recipes, and cut outs for the chocolate desserts! T here are 46 full page color illustrations (both left side of page and right side of page - example pages 23 & 24). Some pages have more than one illustration. There are 16 full page black and white illustrations (both left side of page and right side of page - example pages 50 & 51). There are 8 full page red pattern illustrations (both left side of page and right side of page - example pages 75 & 76).

Outside hard cover has some wear from age; fading, marks, spots, scratches, scruffs, stains, tears along the top and bottom of spine area, wear on corners and edges. Inside pages have some wear from age; yellowing, has penciled writing and notes throughout recipes, small tears, wax paper is darkened and some pages have it and some dont tears on wax paper, spots, small stains. Very nice book considering it is 110 years old! The illustrations are simply Fantastic! Great for any collection and priced right!
