Up for sale is this scarce antique 1907 copy of the first volume of Clymer's Alchemy and the Alchemists. The book is one volume out of a multi-volume set. It appears to be a rather scarce title, I was unable to find an example of a complete set for sale. I was also unable to find another copy of the first volume for sale. The book is overall in very good condition. The covers have some minor wear as illustrated in the photo. The binding of the book is good and strong. The interior is generally very clean, though there may be the occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as light smudging, a minor bit of foxing/staining.

A bent page corner, small tear or chip, minor mark, etc. Overall though, its a really lovely copy.
