Antique 1798 BASEL BIBLE Folio Leather German Martin Luther Version Rare

  

I know next to nothing about rare books. Other than just knowing what this is. It appears that the center brass piece on the front cover is missing.

(compare the photo of the front to back). Also whatever clasps were once there are missing as well as. 6" X 10.5" X 3.5. It appears there may have been a leather repair patch applied to the lower spine at some point in time.

The leather on the top part of the spine is torn and detaching. Some of the pages appear to have moisture stains, some do not. The small tag in the upper left corner of the inside cover, which I was unable to get a clear photo of reads. Zu haben in H und Blumer's Allentown, PA. Thanks for looking and go luck.
