Measures 13 x 19 cms in much worn hardcover with dark coloured end papers and Burn & Co sticker inside back cover. Inscribed with name Alice Masral? Overall sound condition some splitting to cloth edges on spine. Foxing to first inside page but no rips or tears to rest of complete pages (none missing) which are gold edged (192 pages numbered plus others at front and back). Has some marks throughout, mainly light soiling and some matchead size spots and 4 pages with small circular foxing/stains. I have enclosed images of the main conditions so PLEASE SEE IMAGES.
