1788 Miniature Book London Almanac/almanack In Leather Wallet- Georgian -rare

  

THE LONDON ALMANACK FOR THE YEAR OF CHRIST 1788. DESCRIPTION ; The almanack is contained in a leather wallet which has a pocket at the front.

It measures approximately 35mm x 35mm. The twelve months are followed by a table of Kings and Queens reigns, Lord Mayors and Sheriffs from the year 1767 to the year 1788, a list of holidays and of the current coins. It has the red duty stamp as required on the front page. CONDITION ; The almanack is in amazing condition except for the split at the gutter for the month of March (see photo).

There is a pocket at the front, and marbled endpapers at front and back. The leather is in excellent condition.

There are two tiny binding cords which are visible on the spine of the leather. There is a small ink stain on the edge in one area.
