Book depicts the use of herbs, flowers, and beasts as medicine; along with stones, sulfur, tin, lead, and salt, etc.

A rare book providing a fascinating look into the past. Book measures 7x4.5 and is 877 pages long with two pages of errata.

The book has been rebound sometime in the 19th century with half leather black boards. The binding is tight; all pages are present; the title page has a tear in the bottom right corner which marginally affects the text. Some light toning is present throughout. No writings or markings except a small stamp on the inside front cover.
